It is an absolute pleasure to have been at ALC since 2019! I love our little school with all of my heart, and am blessed to work with our amazing ALC Families, and Teachers. I am a step 10 in the Oregon Registry for Pathways to Professional Development, I have oodles of hours in college level courses for Early Childhood Development, and maintain yearly trainings and certifications. Let's embark on this exciting journey together, where every day holds a treasure trove of possibilities, discoveries, and bountiful days here at ALC🌟

Hello there! I was born in California but moved up to Medford with my mom and sister when I was 9. I have three kiddos of my own! I have taught them from home in their early years and also volunteered at their preschools! I have always enjoyed helping littles learn and discover new things! So when I got an interview with Ms.Pearl I was super excited! I absolutely love it here!
Note from the Owner: Ms. Jeannie is a joy! She is kind, patient, and motivated to do her best. She gives her all every day for our students, families, and teachers. We are very lucky to have Ms. Jeannie on our teacher team.

Hello!!
My name is LeShea but everyone calls me ShayShay. I am originally from the Bay Area, with a stop in Sacramento California for a time. I became a teacher to make a positive impact on children's lives through education. I have been involved with education and children's development since I was 16 (which was a LONG time ago ). I love photography, baking, Korean culture and food. I am a Mom of 7, and a grandma of 2 (3 by March 2026). I look forward to helping make a difference in littles lives.Note from the Owner: Ms. ShayShay is a natural with kiddos, she is creative, fun, and of course the kiddos adore her! We are so excited to have her on our teacher team.

My name is Ms. Christine!
I have over 19 years of experience working with children. I am currently a step 7 on the Oregon registry. Just last year I competed the 1 year program at Rogue Community College for Early childhood education.
I have worked with infants through 5th grade over the years. The past 4 years was with preschool and pre-k at a private school. I had the honor of homeschooling all three of my kids, who are all grown and married now! In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and serving at my church! I look forward to teaching and loving on your children!A Note from the Owner: Ms. Christine is an absolute sweetheart! She is fun, kind, and loves to sit and play with the kiddos. We are so excited to have her on our teacher team.

Our structured environment is filled with an educationally rich curriculum that invites exploration while providing plenty of room for imaginative play. 🧩 We recognize that while a solid foundation for kindergarten is important, playtime is essential for their growth. 🌱 It’s the magical way children discover their world, helping them grow cognitively, physically, emotionally, and socially.

We are Open Monday-Friday from 745am-545pm, and are Considered a Year Round Preschool!
745am-815am: Good Morning! Open Play
8:30am: Breakfast
9:00am: Preschool/ Circle Time/ Craft
10:15am: AM Snack
11:00am: Outside Playtime
12:00pm: Lunch
12:30pm: Story Time/ Reading Time
1:00pm: Nap Time/ Quiet Time
3:15pm: PM Snack Time
4:00pm: Outside Playtime or Craft/ Dance Party!
5:45pm: Last Goodbyes! See Everyone Tomorrow!

We take great pride in using efficient and non-toxic Melaleuca products coupled with Echo Clean Natural Bleach Alternative to clean our toys and all the surfaces that little hands touch. Safety is always our #1!
Our Facility is Equipped with a Reme Halo Air Purification System!!
The Reme Halo is a state-of-the-art filtration and sanitizing device. We rest easy knowing that we are breathing clean healthy air, and also eliminating germs!

Tuition: 2-5 Year Old Kiddos
Full Time Care
$1,125 a Month
30-40 Hours of Care Per Week. Hourly Breakdown Is $5.19 an hour
Part Time Care
$7.75 an Hour
Requires a Fixed Weekly Schedule. Minimum of 15 Hours Per Week.
Drop in Care
$7.75 an hour
No Fixed Schedule Required. No Minimum Hours or Weekly Schedule. Based on Availability.
Additional Fees
Potty Training
An Additional 50 Cents an Hour is added to the Hourly Rate for Children who are Potty Training. Any Child Currently in Pull ups or Diapers is Considered Potty Training.
We Accept DHS!
One Time Registration Fee
$100 Registration Fee for Full Time and Part Time Kiddos. $50 Registration Fee for Drop In Kiddos Only!
Yearly Supply Fee
Help Us Replenish Our Beloved Art Supplies!
To keep our creative corner bursting with colorful fun, we ask for a $25 yearly supply fee. But guess what? If you prefer, you can bring in $25 worth of art supplies instead! Let’s keep our little Picassos inspired and our art station overflowing with everything they need to create masterpieces! 🎨✨
